Once the necessary GPS data had been
collected, the El Hibeh Excavations needed software powerful enough to
process the over two thousand three-dimensional points that were
created. Faced with such a task, the team turned to Tripod Data
Systems for a solution. With the company's assistance, the
expedition was able to purchase TDS's ForeSight mapping
software. The program has proven not only easy to learn and use,
but also quite important in understanding and illustrating the
relationships among data points collected in a variety of different
